A precious violin was finally sold out yesterday in the online auction by instrument auction house Tarisio for £1.4 million.
Report says that this violin was stolen from London’s Euston Station by thieves three year back, and they also tried to sell this valuable violin in just £100 without knowing its true value.
Police found this violin back few months ago in West Midlands.
The violin owner, Min-Jin Kym, said that when she came to know that the violin is found back, she was “on cloud nine”. She added that, she used to play this violin, crafted in 1696, when she was a teenager.
