Images leak of Huawei-built Nexus 6P

The new iPhones hit stores on Friday, September 25. Marking the first time it will make a Nexus phone for Google.

Several rumors on Google’s new products have been making the rounds in recent weeks. Another speculation of the site says, “Google is addressing one of the Nexus range’s principal problems, in the form of its highly ambiguous naming convention”.

Now in its sixth iteration, Google will soon announce its successor. Of course being a ready-made press photo and not a real device, we can’t be 100 percent sure of its accuracy.

We think we know pretty much everything about these handsets already, so let’s hope for a few surprises during Google’s event on the 29th of September 2015.

Recycling the names of previous handsets may be an ill-advised branding move.

On the other hand, the 6P will be equipped with a 5.7-inch QHD screen. Two new Android phones are expected, one made by LG and another by Huawei.

Each increased storage level will come with a $50-100 price hike, but actual pricing details aren’t available for the Huawei Nexus handset.

Ironically, Chromecast is arguably more important in some ways than Nexus, even though the smartphone market utterly dwarfs the streaming media device market. That makes the 5X slightly more expensive, but still competitive in terms of other top-tier smartphones. I think we might find the Huawei’s P8 camera on Nexus, it received a lot of praise and Nexus phones are lacking a bit in that department.

LG, who has previously worked on entries to the Nexus range, is reportedly working on the Nexus 5X.

For those tuning in from the United Kingdom, Google’s Sept 29 event start time is 5PM and it will be held at Google’s UK headquarters.

Past year on October. 15, the company unveiled the industry’s first phone and tablet with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.

Clearly, the successor to last year’s Motorola-made Nexus 6, the new Nexus 6 will fill in those shoes, but with some added polish and class.

Packaging for Google’s upcoming duo of Nexus phones appears to have leaked, confirming their names in the process.

Nexus 5X seems to less powerful device, a sort of little brother. Leaked images of the LG variant’s backplate shows a white paint job, a large lens and a flash.

Neurogadget reported that the 5X will have a 13 megapixel back camera with autofocus and 4 or 5 megapixel front one.
