Khloe Kardashian Reveals She’s Lost 35 Pounds on Fitness Kick

She opened up about her weight and fitness routine while promoting the Kardashian Kids clothing line in Australia last week. “Definitely when I’m in L.A., I go hard, and I’ve lost like 35 pounds”, the reality star proudly admits.


Talking of style in the sky, Khloe recently took to Instagram to share a few snaps of her enjoying an air-balloon ride with BFF Malika alongside her trusty hair and make-up team – because you never know when you’ll need a touch up, right? On Thursday, she appeared on Nova 96.9 FM radio show Fitzy and Wippa, where she was complimented about her fitness regimen. I can’t even imagine her being in better shape than she is now, and I’m so happy to hear that her sleek physique is the result of a faulous fitness regime instead of too much work/stress.

“It wasn’t that intense here because I’m still jet-lagged, but I make sure that I go”, she said. Apart from her decision to stay and healthy in terms of her food, Kourtney Kardashian’s sister also stood by her resolve to regularly hit the gym – citing that exercise is the only way to go when losing weight becomes a goal.
