A pregnant 10 year old girl denied the lifesaving operation after being raped by her own stepfather.

According to the report, the 10 year old girl, name has been kept secret, was raped by her own stepfather, which made her pregnant.
Her mother explained that she was found pregnant, when she took her to hospital on the complaint of stomach pain.
But when she was told for the abortion, she refused completely, despite of the risk.
In Paraguay, abortion is legal when the life of the woman or girl is at risk.
Sadly, it’s unknown whether the abortion took place or not.
