While he is best known for his work on Michael Jackson’s smash hit albums Off the Wall, Thriller and Bad, his career spans six decades in the entertainment industry. We doubt anyone was ready to lose the recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee.

Quincy Jones was rushed to hospital yesterday after suffering a major medical scare. Some of the singers in his service were Richard Pryor, Marvin Gaye, Sarah Vaughn and Sidney Poitier. Get well soon Mr. Jones.
