A US teacher proved that eating McDonald’s meal regular is not always bad for health, sometimes it can be used to lose weight.
The teacher, John Cisna of Ankney, Iowa, ate McDonald’s meals three times a day for 90 days regular and shed weight nearly 40lbs.
Actually, Cisna and his students used online nutritional information to construct a daily diet plan that exceeded no more than 2000 calories a day and included 45 minutes of exercise.
This unique experiment worked a lot and at last Cisna made his weight to fall about 40lbs.
In a talk with KCCI news, Cisna said “I can eat any food at McDonald’s that I want, as long as I’m smart with the rest of the day and what I balance it out with”.
