Meet a man, or you can say boy, who looks exactly like a 12 year boy by face and body, but is actually of 26.

It has been reported that the 26 year old, Shin Hyomyung, from korea, is said to be suffering with the rare condition called “Highlander Syndrome”, which almost stops the growing age.
But some of his known people have said that he is not like this from childhood, as the problem started when he entered his teens.
Mr. Shin claims that his body has not undergone puberty like his peers, and retains a baby face with full cheeks and hairless soft skin.
Many says that there is no cure of this condition, he will be like this whole his life.
