Mourinho confident United will find right players amid Pogba talk
Widespread reports suggest that Manchester United are close to agreeing terms with Juventus on the transfer of Paul Pogba, but the two clubs are yet to agree who should pay Mino Raiola’s fee.

Rooney had a poor Euro 2016 campaign, though Mourinho has made it clear he will not play the 30-year-old in a midfield role, which was the case under Louis van Gaal and the former England manager, Roy Hodgson.
“For me, he [Rooney] will never be a No. 6, playing 50 metres from the goal”.
“The way the crowd were with me, the cheers when I first had my first touch… you know that meant a lot to me”. For me he will be a 9, a 10, a nine-and-a-half but never a 6.
“I think you always feel pressure when you play for Manchester United”, he said after arriving in Shanghai on Wednesday with United for their pre-season China tour. Since then the player has come a long way by establishing himself as one of the best midfielders in the world right now.
Fans will be able to see Jose Mourinho’s new team in action during a series of games created to enable the new manager to formulate his plans for the upcoming season.
“So we are in a great positon to do what I consider will be a great market for us”.
While United would be unable to offer Champions League football next season, something Italian champions Juventus can, they hope Pogba will look to N’Golo Kante’s switch to Chelsea for £30m. I’ve spoken to him a couple of times, all the players have talked as well, we are going to be challenging for every title that we can go for this season.

Manchester United have already “sealed” a deal for Juventus star Paul Pogba, according to reports of European media.

“We are calm, we know the profile of player we want”. United say they are willing to stump up half of the agent’s whopping fee, but Juventus have told them the full amount must be met to complete the transfer.
